Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Typically I work Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. I'm located in Converse, Texas and work with clients from all over the world! I do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours of receiving them.
Q: Can I get a refund? How can I cancel my order?
A: Due to the nature of my work, refunds will not be issued once the design process has started. Please notify me via email if you wish to cancel a project. If a project is cancelled by KAR Productions due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be provided a full refund.
Q: How are payments made?
A: Payment for design services or products are made through Paypal invoice or as otherwise organized with the client.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied?
A: Due to the nature of my work, refunds will not be issued once the design process has started. If you decide to go with the payment plan option, you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you feel that you are not satisfied you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. A contract will be sent to ensure that you are in agreement with and understand the services rendered.
Q: What are the current turnaround timeframes?
A: All timeframes for custom work will be discussed with you via email, or during your phone consultation. Timeframes often vary due to the time which it takes clients to respond and provide feedback to proof sheets and emails. Please contact me about rush orders, I would be happy to work with you.
